RALEIGH, N.C. – Kyle Corkum, president of Landquest Development (www.landquestdevelopment.com), a residential development firm specializing in the acquisition, design, permitting and construction of communities on the east coast, has announced that Rick Garner has joined the firm as Vice President. In this position, Garner is responsible for the management of the Charlotte and western Carolinas regional portfolio. His primary responsibilities include performing acquisition due diligence, asset development and sale of finished lot inventory to regional homebuilders. Garner brings 25 years of planned community development experience with him to the firm. Garner earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Urban Planning from Michigan State and a Master of Business Administration from Arizona State.
