RALEIGH, N.C. – Kyle Corkum, president of Landquest Development (www.landquestdevelopment.com), a residential development firm specializing in the acquisition, design, permitting and construction of East Coast Communities, has announced that Ric J. Rojas has been named a new vice president of the firm. In this position, Rojas is responsible for builder relations, underwriting assets, disposition of assets and overseeing operations in each of the Landquest markets. He brings more than 13 years of residential homebuilder experience. Prior to joining the Landquest team, Rojas served as division president and region president for Lennar in the Carolinas and Alabama and managed key positions for D.R. Horton and WCI Communities. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in 1995.
